This notice explains what personal data this website collects, why, and your rights under UK data protection law.
Who we are
VEMRA GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD, Flat 6, Downy House, Bromyard Avenue, London, United Kingdom, W3 7FE, is the controller for personal data submitted through this website. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Only what you enter into the project or support forms: name, email, optional phone and organisation, the services selected and your message. A form submission is sent by email to our company mailbox. The website does not store messages in a database.
Why and lawful basis
To reply to your enquiry and take steps you request before a possible contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
Abuse protection
To limit misuse, the server keeps a temporary pseudonymous counter derived from your IP address for about fifteen minutes. It does not record message content.
Retention
Enquiry details are retained only for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry, provide any agreed service and meet legal obligations.
Sharing
Our hosting and email provider processes data on our behalf. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object to processing by emailing us. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies and storage
We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other non-essential cookies, and we do not load external fonts, maps or images.
